At TK Couture, each piece is custom-made with care and attention to detail. As all items are produced on a pre-order basis, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the fault is from our end.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We kindly ask customers to review product details, sizing, and specifications carefully before placing an order. 

Faults or Errors

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error from TK Couture, we are happy to assist.

Kindly note that the customer is liable for any expenses that arises from selecting wrong sizes or providing inaccurate measurements.
