PROCESSING TIME

All our pieces are shipped from the United Kingdom.  

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to most international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us directly to confirm shipping availability

• Domestic (UK) Shipping (Royal Mail): 2–3 business days from shipping date
• Worldwide Standard Delivery (FedEx): 7–10 business days from shipping date
• Express International Delivery (DHL): 3–5 business days from shipping date

During sale periods or holidays, please note there may be slight delays due to increased order volumes. Additional delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen courier issues beyond our control.
